Who do you work with?
Established businesses that already know who their customer is, especially home and property service businesses and music and entertainment companies. If you have a clear customer and you're ready to invest in marketing monthly, we should talk.
Who isn't a good fit?
We don't shoot weddings, and we're not the right fit if you're just starting a personal brand or looking for one viral video. We build marketing that brings in clients over time.
What happens on the 15-minute call?
You tell us about your business, what you've tried, and where it feels stuck. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help and what the next step would be.
Why pay for an audit?
Because it gives you a real answer on what's working and what isn't, based on your own numbers. And if you sign on for a monthly plan within 30 days, the full $450 goes toward your first month.
What platforms do you cover?
Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok on every plan.
Do I have to provide the content?
On Coordinator and Manager, yes, you supply the photos and video and we handle the rest. On Director, we produce the content with a half-day shoot every month.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 90-day term, then goes month-to-month. After the first 90 days, you can end the plan with 30 days' written notice. Everything is spelled out in a written agreement before any work starts.
Why 90 days?
Social media takes time to build. The first couple of months are about building recognition while the algorithm and your audience learn who you are. Ninety days gives the plan enough time to show real numbers.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly, in advance.
Can you guarantee results or make us go viral?
No one can honestly promise that. What we promise is an intentional plan, consistent execution, and clear numbers every month so you always know what's working.
Do you run ads?
Not yet. Paid ads are part of our Executive plan, which is coming soon.
How fast do you reply to comments and messages?
Within 24 business hours. Routine comments and DMs may get a quick automated answer through Meta's built-in tools, and anything that needs a real response is written and approved by a person.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool. It helps us move faster on routine work. It doesn't replace strategy, and a person makes the decisions and approves what goes out.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds per deliverable.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your accounts, your brand assets (logo, colors, any existing photos and video), and one person who can approve content.
Where are you located? Do you travel?
We're based in Atlanta. Shoots in Metro Atlanta include travel. Beyond 50 miles, we add mileage at the current IRS rate. Monthly plans are handled remotely, so we can work with businesses anywhere.

How long does a website take?
3 to 4 weeks.
Why is maintenance required?
Every Business Site build includes 3 months of Website Maintenance ($250/mo) after launch so your site stays updated while you get settled. After that it's month-to-month.
